Prohibited Activities:

Sellers on Cubesnack are kindly requested not to engage in the following activities:

• Purchasing items listed on the marketplace using their own seller account.
• Purchasing items listed on the marketplace using any linked accounts associated with their seller account.

Consequences of Violation:

In the event of a violation, sellers will be subject to the following measures:

• Notification: Upon the first instance of violation, the seller will receive a notification outlining the specific issue and emphasizing the importance of adhering to our policies.
• Temporary Restriction: In cases of repeated attempts to purchase items from one's own inventory or linked accounts, the seller's account may be temporarily restricted. During this period, the seller will be unable to conduct any selling activities on Cubesnack.
• Account Review: If a seller persists in violating this policy despite warnings and temporary restrictions, Cubesnack reserves the right to conduct a thorough review of the account. This review aims to ensure the continued security and trustworthiness of the marketplace.
• Suspension or Termination, if Necessary: In extreme cases where a seller consistently violates the policy, Cubesnack may take the step of suspending or permanently terminating the seller's account. This action is taken with the utmost consideration for the wellbeing of the entire marketplace community.

Reporting Violations:

Users are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this policy to Cubesnack's customer support team. Reports should include relevant details such as the seller's username, a description of the violation, and any supporting evidence.

Policy Implementation:

This policy will be enforced through a combination of automated systems and manual review processes. Cubesnack reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations and take appropriate actions, as outlined above, to maintain the security and trustworthiness of our marketplace.

Cubesnack may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, user feedback, or evolving best practices in the e-commerce industry. Sellers will be notified of any policy updates, and it is their responsibility to review and comply with the latest version of the policy.

Effective Date:
